I was walking past a patient's room who was ordered CMO. I looked in and I saw his nurse sitting in a chair next to him, holding his hand. It was so warming to see a "young nurse" who was so caring. She had a full assignment but still took the time to sit and comfort a dying patient. Although he really did not know she was there, a peacefulness seemed to come over him. It warmed my heart to know how caring our staff is.
