Cassandra stayed almost 2 hours over her scheduled shift advocating for her patient and his code status change. She was so kind to the family when trying to get information. Stayed to talk with doctors and was successful! The patient's code status changed, and they were transferred to a higher level of care. Her dedication, care, and compassion for her patients deserve to be rewarded! She is so appreciated!
