I enjoy being directly involved in patient care and being able to assist the veterans that have served our country to make it great. I enjoy seeing a smile on the Veteran's face and hearing a kind word to know I've done a good job. I know the sacrifice my own brother made serving this country for 20 years. I just love being able to provide comfort to others.

In my eleven days on the unit, Cassandra has never failed to respond to any request I have made in a timely and courteous manner, always asking how I feel and if I need anything. Smiling and cheerful in all weathers, she never shirks a task.
