I spent a day trying to get some answers after a health scare. Cassandra took care of me, not with a sterile or clinical manner, but with such a cheerful and friendly one. She worked to get my IVs sorted and dripping properly and cracked jokes and was incredibly sweet and kind, which made a stressful day much easier for me to handle.
