Nurse Rost had the patience of a saint and an unwavering sense to make my situation much less worrisome. She displayed excellent integrity in her position from the start until she discharged me.
At Bayhealth, we have five core values:

Compassion: We are kind and caring to everyone we encounter.
Accountability: Each of us is responsible for our words, our actions, and our results.
Respect: We value everyone and treat people with dignity and professionalism.
Integrity: We build trust through responsible actions and honest relationships.
Teamwork: We achieve more when we collaborate and all work together.

Nurse Rost was extremely professional, not only displaying compassion and respect during my stay but also a wealth of knowledge while helping me understand every step of the treatment I was receiving. Her incredible patience and great attitude made what started off as a horrible night much more tolerable. Nurse Rost exhibits an incredible bedside manner and embodies what every patient hopes for when unfortunately being admitted into a hospital. Her professionalism was second to none and it was a pleasure to have her as my nurse.

As stated above, Nurse Rost made an extremely unpleasant situation much more tolerable with her extremely compassionate bed side manner. I was, unfortunately, transferred in the middle of the night from Beebe Hospital with what appeared to be a very serious condition. Due to the circumstances of the transfer, I was supplied very limited information from the ER at Beebe. The following morning, Nurse Rost came into my room once she was on duty, and she remained there until all my questions and concerns were answered to the best of her ability. She repeatedly checked on me, assuring me that everything possible was being done for my personal care. Nurse Rost had the patience of a saint and an unwavering sense to make my situation much less worrisome. She displayed excellent integrity in her position from the start until she discharged me. I am so very thankful she was on duty for my unfortunate stay at the hospital.
