My husband and I met Cassandra on a really rough day for us. We came up from progressive care on a stat ICU. My husband had a UTI infection, gone dropsies and his blood pressure continued to drop dangerously. It didn't take long to realize we were in amazing capable hands. Her energy, smile, and accurate answers to questions showed her concern for our case and her knowledge in the job. She impressed me and that's not easy. Twelve years ago, my husband had two brainstem strokes and became a quadriplegic. I felt completely at ease to trust in his care, which I have never felt before. She whispered around the room my husband was assigned to and took care of needs even before I thought to ask. Rarely do I find anyone that is comfortable with my husband's disability. He can do nothing for himself. She made his serious care look almost easy, she never missed seeing to his every need. My husband's life was saved that night and I was incredibly grateful to Cassandra overseeing his tough case. She never stopped, and her smile brightened the air of fear. She truly is gifted. Thank you so much Cassandra for all you do. I was able to go home late that night and sleep well knowing she was there looking after the love of my life. 47 years, my very best friend. I had been sick all week myself and needed that rest on a really serious day. Keep up the good work Cassandra, you truly blessed us more than words can say.
