Cassandra has taken her oath very, very seriously. She has been respectful, dedicated and explained everything to me about my illness honestly and truly. She even asked the doctor questions that needed to be answered for me. She is very detailed, and always on time with medicine. She continues to provide excellent service on the third day as if it was the first. She always comes to my room with a level head and warm smile and she encourages and motivates me to the fullest to participate in my road to recovery. She always asks if can she do more, but she does the very, very, very best to ensure you have motivation, even if it is early in the morning or late or the end of the shift. I don't need anything or haven't by the end but it's great to know her help and kindness are available. She surely chose the right profession. So many people don't choose the right careers for so many reasons. So BJC, you have a very good nurse. Please always treat her very well, listen to her, and celebrate her. She is a rare diamond. She will always be an asset to your hospital. I will make this my hospital of choice because I know there is one place I can get quality care, even if I am not a patient on this floor. I was very impressed, very satisfied with service, and I give her knowledge, understanding, taking her oath 220% seriously and believing in it, and nurses practice an A+++!
