Cassi took exceptional care of me and made sure I was aware of every step. She knew I was nervous as my twins were early. She never assumed I understood but made sure I did. She was so empathetic and caring. She thought of the most considerate things such as getting me a fan or repositioning me. She took a very stressful situation and turned it into a memorable and kind one. She went above and beyond reminding me to relax, care of pain control, and our main goal. Cassi is one exceptional nurse.
