During my first year teaching at the School of Nursing, in Fall 2016, Cassidy demonstrated exceptional leadership skills in my first clinical group by organizing our service project. Cassidy arranged the details to create a fantastic dinner at the Ronald McDonald House with her clinical group. Another valuable skill I observed was her eagerness to learn and I foresee this student will be a dedicated lifetime learner. Throughout the clinical course, Cassidy demonstrated an amazing grasp and knowledge base of policies and procedures in the acute care setting. She was a strong resource to her peers and instructor. Trustworthy, reliability, and dependability are attributes that I observed in Cassidy. I am happy to recognize a dedicated and unassuming young woman who has great potential.
