Cassidy demonstrated a sense of excellence in her care of my mother that gave me and my family a feeling of peace while we were going through this difficult time. Cassidy showed compassion and respect for my mother at all times. She made us feel as if we were the most important patient and family on the unit! She was never rushed in the care she personally gave to my mother. Cassidy never showed any frustration or weariness toward us despite the many questions or demands she encountered while taking care of my mother and the family. Her clinical skill and judgment were great! She was a patient advocate when dealing with the doctors. Overall, Cassidy helped make this difficult journey easier to bear.
