Cassidy has gone over and beyond to reassure my son had the best care possible and kept full transparency and communication with us. She was able to quickly use her expertise to address a more severe complication. With her persistence, we were immediately put through CT scans and found a life-threatening case; my son was quickly transferred to the operating room. She genuinely listened to us and took us into consideration, she advocated for my son persistently. Without her, this would have been prolonged and possibly overseen!
