I have been hospitalized twice this month and had a pretty traumatic experience with a Foley catheter and requested to have it removed. I was asked to wait for 2 additional weeks beyond the doctor’s initial recommendations. It was frustrating when I was not able to get on the cancellation list. I accepted the appointment they offered me but was so thankful to instead be seen by Cassidy only two days later for a wonderful informative appointment. It was painless, and I couldn't be more pleased and thankful. I am so grateful for the treatment and consideration shown to me. I also appreciate the offer of demonstrating self-catheter care steps again and addressing all my concerns for future appointments. Thank you so much!
