Cassidy was my father in law's nurse after he was transferred from Level 10 to Level 5. She was so sweet and caring that I felt comfortable enough to actually sleep for a few hours. She called me immediately when his condition started deteriorating later that morning. When I got into the room, she told me exactly what was going on and what he needed. When I declined ventilator support, she smiled at me and with tears in her eyes telling me how sweet he'd been all night, and she said, "If I had a peepaw, I'd want it to be him". She went above and beyond to care for him and us, making sure that he was comfortable and we were comforted.
