Cassidy takes time to perform her job in a timely manner whilst providing the utmost care and compassion, a very pleasant person to talk to. She has a very soft painless feel when administering injections, drawing blood samples, and IV ports, it is my belief that her attitude and personality are what Clara Maass is about.
