I was a patient on L&D in preterm labor. I was terrified and very uncertain of what was going to happen. Cassidy was not only very knowledgeable about what was going on, but she made sure I was as comfortable as possible. She came into my room often checking on me and my husband. As a nurse myself, I know she was busy. I know she had phone calls to answer, call lights to pick up, and other patients to tend to. But she made me feel like I was the only person that mattered. She went above and beyond for me, and my family, and she deserves all the recognition!
