Mine and my daughter's experience with Ms. Cassie Cox were remarkable. She waited on us 24/7 while on her shift. She always explained and made sure my 10-year-old daughter had everything that Jefferson Regional Hospital provided for her. Ms. Cox's patience, kindness, caring, and loving attitude is well appreciated and very much unexplainable.
