Cassie is always super sweet and makes sure everyone is taken care of during her UC shifts.
Thank you for being so sweet and patient with registration and being the best with families. I remember you re-connecting with a mom of a patient you met 10 years ago who is now in his 30s and how you were still able to remember both the mom and the patient is incredible!

Cassie is always super sweet and makes sure everyone is taken care of during her UC shifts. She is the only charge nurse at urgent care that will take her time to go see and introduce herself to the registration staff as well as follow up with who will be working during her shift. She will always clarify any questions we have and always takes care of the families in the best way possible!

Cassie is always so sweet and personable with anyone she comes into contact with during her shifts. Despite being in a high-stress environment and position, she is always so patient and caring towards all of her patients/families and she holds herself with a tremendous amount of grace. Her kindness and care even extend even beyond the patients/families and to her colleagues and us registration coordinators. I always look forward to having Cassie working at our urgent care because her compassion and leadership inspire all of those around her to excel at their jobs.

I have been a Registration Coordinator at the main campus Seattle location for about 8 months now and have worked parts of Urgent Care hours. Even though I am not a regular part of the Urgent Care team, Cassie has shown great kindness and inclusion to me. I have also worked alongside many Urgent Care nurses and none compare to Cassie's understanding and deep care for each patient. She works to believe the patient and their worries/concerns, provides practical advice and never complains. She truly stands out as a nurse and as a person.
