Cassie Harnett, BSN, RN

The first moment that I interacted with Cassie Harnett, they showed empathy, understanding and kindness towards me and my family! They presented as if I were the only person in the world at that moment, and were totally devoted to me and my story, needs, etc.

They truly listened, and absorbed my family drama without judgment. I felt as if they had taken "the load off my shoulders" for a moment, so I could grieve the impending loss of my dad. They reassured me, repeatedly, that they would care for my dad and make him as comfortable as possible. I believed them! I walked out feeling that my dad was in caring hands and would not be forgotten in his room. Their gentle, confident demeanor put me at ease to know they would be by my father as he transitioned to the immortal side... just as it happened! Then they took the time, out of their busy day, to share that they had indeed been there to support my dad -- the biggest comfort to my wounded heart!
