Cassie has completed things I asked of her that were above and beyond her normal job duties. I asked for some moist towelettes but was told there were none by dietary. Cassie came in with meds and immediately got some towels, moistened them, and gave them to me. When I was discharged to home, Cassie assisted me down the hall and ensured I was safe in my car even though she was not my nurse that day. She showed real compassion and care for me and I really appreciated it.
