Cassie is an incredible teacher and peer. Her standard of care for her patients is how she would care for her own family members. Cassie has a wealth of knowledge and a subjective way of teaching and continually bounces/shares ideas and nursing skills with her peers. Over the past two years, I have observed her bedside manner and advocacy for every patient. Cassie is a role model for the department and the kind of nurse who I aspire to be and work towards every shift.
