During our 2 plus days in and out of this department, the nursing staff was amazing, especially Cassie and "J." They were caring, non-judgmental, funny, helpful, and on-point. They were understanding and helpful with the fact that the father (my son) is in jail in another state. They made accommodations with ultrasound for my son to listen to the heartbeat with a video call (it had to be timed). Also, they were patient and helpful with all the medical issues that occurred during the entire process. They listened to all our concerns and gave informative information and suggestions but never pushed. Everyone was patient, caring, nice, attentive, and helpful, many times without even asking.
