When the patient’s hearing aids weren’t working, Catalina “took the time to listen and spoke loudly and clearly so my mother could hear.” The patient’s daughter praised Catalina’s professionalism, positive attitude, and patience. “She took the time to answer my mother’s many questions with compassion and understanding, even though she was busy showing the same care to many others,” adding, “She stands out as an Extraordinary Nurse. We are grateful and blessed that she was assigned to provide care for my mom.”
