On a daily basis Cate shows outstanding consideration for her patients. She noticed small things going on with a frequently admitted patient that were not being addressed by multiple physicians and staff. Cate investigated the possible sources of the problem and carefully listened to assessed the patient, she reported her findings to the physicians and collaborated with her peers.
