Catherine was so friendly and patient with my daughter. She took the time to explain every aspect of her care. When Catherine noticed that she was bored she took her on a tour of the pediatric unit. My daughter was so thrilled and still talks about it. My daughter hates needles and when she had to have her blood drawn, Catherine held her hand and talked to her through the process. My daughter and I both feel Catherine went above and beyond.
