Sometimes all it takes is a warm heart and a compassionate nurse to make someone smile. Catherine (Cathy) Brody is that extraordinary nurse that goes the extra mile, every day to make others not only smile, but feel cared for.
Mrs. Brody was nominated by a colleague who expressed her joy in not only working with Cathy but also watching her care for others. She explained that Mrs. Brody takes the time to get to know her patients. Going out of her way to purchase items on her own for her patients, just to make them happy. Mrs. Brody was acknowledged for celebrating one of her patient's birthdays at the bedside and also being an amazing nurse to work alongside.
