Recently my dad was a patient on the Cardiac Intensive Care unit. Catherine was working the last shift before my dad passed away. She continuously showed professionalism, care, respect, honor, and compassion for my father and our family during this difficult time.

There were several nurses that impressed me and my family, but Catherine was by far the most outstanding. I am thankful that she was there for my dad and our family during his last few hours. It is because of people like Catherine that my dad always thought that Athens Regional was the best hospital to receive care. We will never forget the compassion and excellent care we received.
