Despite a severe shortage in staff, Catt continued to show up every day with a smile on her face and stepped up and did what needed to be done to serve our patients, frequently doing the job of 3 to 4 individuals at the same time.  When Catt is gone, the patients notice. Patients ask for her by name, they feel more comfortable when she’s around. Furthermore, our complex patient population is more likely to show up for appointments, get their labs drawn, take medications, and be compliant with mental health and medical recommendations all because she has a compassionate effect and the unique ability to nourish a rapport and build trust with our patients. She has a contagious smile (when she is not hiding it behind her mandated mask), and an unforgettable laugh that brings me joy EVERY TIME I hear it down the hallway.  Dare I say, Catt is the heart and soul of Pedigo. A physician referred to Catt as the "glue that has held our clinic together over the last year.”   

I personally, am a better human when Catt is around. PEDIGO is a better place when Catt is there and for approximately the last 20 years, Wishard/Eskenazi has been a better business because Catt works here.
