Catherine went above and beyond during the recent winter storm. After losing power at home, she drove to a friend's home so that she could log onto the computer and help answer patient emails and calls. Not only did she make herself available, but she also covered patient needs in a multitude of clinics using amazing assessment and critical thinking skills to safely manage a wide variety of patient issues. Catherine's actions actively demonstrated her selfless caring, as she put the needs of her patients ahead of her own concerns.
