Catherine was outstanding! I came up to 2-W after being in the ER for 18 hours. I was tired, cranky and sick. She welcomed me with open arms as if I was in her own home. She quickly calmed me down, got my needs assessed, and ordered food and meds right away. She made sure that I got quickly settled in, and all through the day she was never too busy attend every need that I had. She is wonderful and really cares about her patients.
