I was floating to FCC and I had an unstable patient who required close monitoring. Catherine recognized that I had floated and needed help to stay on top of meeting my other patients' needs. She kindly offered her help and repeatedly checked in on me. Her teamwork and kindness were extremely appreciated. I feel very lucky and blessed to work with Catherine and believe she represents what teamwork is all about.
