Cathy was not only a person of responsibility regarding the performance of others but would assert herself directly to take care of my urgent needs.
Cathy is the epitome of an extremely caring, dedicated, knowledgeable, and professional in the field of medicine. I was a patient at Henrico Doctors' Hospital Retreat on two occasions within the past two weeks. Being in severe pain, losing blood, and seeking an answer to my medical condition, Cathy seemed to be available and capable to either directly assist or obtain the aid of doctors proficient in my care/condition. Cathy was not only a person of responsibility regarding the performance of others but would assert herself directly to take care of my urgent needs. To me, it might be difficult in the demanding world, today, for someone getting "personally" involved in making sure the needs of others receive the proper and necessary attention. I am home now and doing well, thanks in an extremely large part to the dedication and focus of Cathy Frank. Cathy is a tremendous asset to her profession and a wonderful example/leader to her coworkers. Thank you, Cathy, for all you do!
