Catherine Graham is involved with the nursing staff on all levels, welcomes their input, and works with them to ensure excellence, creates autonomy, and increases job satisfaction and opportunities for advancement. She is up front, realistic, and fair when it comes to interactions. Her expectations are honest with sincere communication. She has allowed me personally to take ownership of the acupuncture program at RRTP and has offered her support. She makes sure to talk to each staff member one on one to make sure the staff is ok and if we have any concerns. I have never had a nurse manager involved with the staff the way she is. She makes me feel like I am a part of a team, and she cares. Ms. Graham makes coming to work extremely enjoyable. She talks and jokes around with staff and the patients. If there is ever an issue, no matter what time of day or night, you can call her, and she is there for whatever you need. She advocates for our Veterans and staff daily. Thank you, Catherine.
