My daughter fell and broke her arm and came to the ER. I cannot begin to describe the kind and considerate patient care she received. Catherine's very presence was so reassuring. She was professional at all times and made it a point to explain what was happening every step of the way.

She repeatedly fixed her pillows and answered endless questions. She never talked down to my daughter or spoke in too technical terms. She preserved her modesty, she is at that age. Since that night, my daughter has mentioned Catherine and said how much she liked her nurse that night. I offered to write a note, she said she was just doing her job. Humble as well.
