Having a baby in the NICU can be very nerve-racking, especially being discharged before the baby is, but Cathy made our experience a lot less scary. It was a relief knowing our baby girl was in excellent hands. When I was getting discouraged about breastfeeding because my baby wouldn’t latch, she jumped right in with solutions. She could also tell that my husband and I were exhausted from trying to make it to all the stages and encouraged us to get some rest. We love her and are so grateful
