Cathie is a very hard-working and dedicated nurse. She always shows patients compassion and treats them with integrity. She truly cares about their welfare and will advocate for them. She is always doing things for patients, like ensuring they have items that make them feel closer to home (like scented soaps, make-up, and other items that she pays for herself). Cathie's goal is to make sure each of our patients feels valued and that their life serves a purpose. She really is the model psychiatric nurse. Additionally, Cathie is an academic. She serves as a nursing professor and is one of the most engaged preceptors within our hospital setting. She takes the job of educating our future nurses very seriously and one couldn't ask for a more skilled or dedicated nursing expert. Cathie brings the "entire package" to Behavioral Health Davidson!
