Catherine has gone above and beyond. We had started a new treatment that would require care to follow us home to Michigan. Catherine had to make multiple contacts with other agency to make this treatment work. She returned many calls back to us long after she should have left work. Catherine not only made us feel at ease but made us feel like an individual not a number. This made us want to come back to this site for treatment. Her caring smile and hug has made us feel welcome. Catherine is an extraordinary care manager.
