Cat was a godsend to my family as we navigated some very difficult situations with my Mom. She went out of her way to make herself available to us and we couldn’t have asked for better communication. Trying to navigate the system during Covid was challenging but we never felt like we had been left in the dark. My Dad’s procedure went much better, but again, Cat made herself available for support and answered all of our questions. I hope St. Joe's knows what a valuable member of the team Cat is. She went above and beyond and we are eternally grateful. The world needs more people with hearts and with a commitment to excellence.
