Catherine is an extraordinary nurse, who is always willing to help everyone, knows each patient and family on her unit. She is always first to volunteer for any project and is always willing to mentor her nurses. She encourages everyone to do their best and give care as though they were her own family. Catherine is admired and loved by all of her staff members and was nominated for her wonderful leadership and team spirit by her Unit Director.
