I wanted to tell you about a nurse who I think is doing a wonderful job on our unit. Catherine Rodica has been working with a new nurse and perfecting her; she has been very patient and understanding working with her carefully to assure that the patient and new nurse were comfortable and at ease. Catherine shows great compassion and dedication not only to her patients but to our new staff. She deserves wider recognition. It is an honor to work with her on our unit.
