I've had contact with Ms. Scantlan several times. She's the real McCoy. Ms. Scantlan is patient and knowledgeable. If asked a question she will do the research in your presence to give an answer. She will go the extra mile to even draw pictures to help explain the answer. I've been to several VA Hospitals in different states. WPB VA is my primary medical facility for 15 years. She's the only nurse who has made me feel after every appointment that she's more or equally concerned about my health than myself.
