Catherine always has a smile on her face and recently redesigned the C5 shift handoff tool to improve communication between nursing staff. She has been a direct supporter of bedside shift report and always engages the patient and family in these discussions about their care.She shares her knowledge, experience, and dedication to pediatric patients with coworkers and is an outstanding role model. Catherine is soft spoken and humble, yet has so much passion and willingness to learn. She is an exceptional nurse and Ellis is very lucky to have her on the team!
