While my mom was in Foothill Presbyterian Hospital we had the pleasure of meeting and working with nurse Cathleen Chou. In my opinion she is the epitome of what a nurse stands for. She is knowledgeable, attentive, very compassionate and she genuinely cared about my mom's well being. Even when she was not assigned to my mom, she made it a point to stop in, say hello and ask how my mom was feeling. The look on my mom's face and the smile. Visits generally made an otherwise stressful hospital visit into time spent meeting a new friend. I will be eternally grateful that my mom was under the watchful eye of Cathleen and I am lucky to have made her acquaintance. Cathleen is an extraordinary nurse who deserves recognition.
