1. Cathy Lytle is a nurse who is a fantastic resource for the unit. She is kind and considerate to her coworkers, treats patients with excellent and adept care, and manages conflict with skill and grace. I am a new(er) nurse, I can always count on Cathy to help with treatment and technical questions I have. She is proof that even very "seasoned" nurses can still be light-hearted and kind to the "newbies."

2. Cathy always has a calm demeanor that is refreshing on a busy day. She is always willing to help and it always feels safe to ask for her advice. The days she is in charge always feel like good days no matter what happens on the unit.
