Cathleen Reed, RN

Cathy was assigned to be my preceptor when I transferred from IP CC to GHIS. I had no idea that the charting and Epic could be so different from IP to OP, and Cathy was so patient and understanding with me. She took the time to answer my questions, repeat things, and re-show me things without hesitation or frustration. She is an amazing nurse. She puts the needs of her patients above all else. She made learning something new fun and exciting while welcoming my new ideas and showing support.
