Cathleen cared for my family member during his stay. He was quite ill. She was empathetic and efficient all at the same time. She took time each evening to do a thorough assessment and was obviously skilled. This helped to ease our anxiety. She never made me feel like I was in the way or a bother even when I stayed overnight.
