I asked Cathryn to take the time to help me learn the PICC line cleaning and antibiotic insertion and proper handling and setup. None of this was explained in the video training.

She has been consistently attentive to details and explanations. The regular trainer was off and said we would have to come back with an appointment which would have inhibited the first ‘at home’ antibiotic treatment!

Cathryn is a great nurse!!
