Cathryn cares for our patients and staff like they are her children. She is consistently available to all staff and they know that they can call on her at any time and she will have their backs. Cathryn is easy-going, yet staff know she will hold them accountable. She is frequently asked to fill in for vacant shifts and she is always available. Such an asset to the organization!
