Cathy Ballenger is our clinical coordinator the NEW PCU (Progressive Care Unit) This unit is a combination of telemetry and Neuro Step-down and the new patient population is shifted to the more acutely ill. Cathy always puts the patients first. She talks about their acuity level and appropriately manages their care with nurses, Patient Care Technicians and MD’s.
