I am very thankful for Cathy. She was instrumental in getting my dying sister a private room. I am an RN and appreciate great nurses. Cathy "fought" to be my sister's nurse and this event stole my heart. I knew my sister was in such compassionate hands that I was able to go home and get a few hours of sleep. Cathy spent a great deal of time with her whenever she was anxious or in pain. She held her and helped her find peace. I love all of the little things she did like putting a picture over the call system to "get rid of the light" and getting her a fan because she was hot. I am extremely grateful for her asking if I wanted her to take a picture with my phone of our "sister time". I will always treasure this gift that she enabled me to have.
