Cathy was such a blessing. Every issue I had she went above and beyond the call of duty to help me feel safe, secure, and confident. She earned my trust from day one with her drive and passion as a caregiver. I had a situation about which I was very upset and she stood beside me and made sure I got in touch with the right person in management and that the situation was handled correctly.
